An increasing issue as we become ever more aware of the need to recycle properly. In fact over the last few years a few Toner Recyclers have in fact disappeared, I personally put this down to the Free trade agreement with China. The effect has been that prices of imported compatibles has dropped therefore making it very unattractive for Toner Recyclers to re-manufacture the cartridge in New Zealand.
If you are interested in Recycling in general please take a good look at this site http://www.recycle.co.nz as here you will find vast information, including some facts on how poor New Zealand attitude is to Recycling.
We at www.tonerdirect.co.nz take responsibility in this area and although the landscape has dramatically changed in recent years, we are looking at new technology on how to re-use the broken down plastic, hopefully more to follow on this.
