Q. How much is the freight charges?
A. It’s FREE if your order is over $199, however under that its $6.95+gst for North Island (1-2 days} $9.95+gst to the South Island (1-3 Days) and $10.95+gst for RD.
Q. Can my order be delivered to another address?
A. Yes, just fill in the Delivery Address in the Order Form.
Q. Can we pay by direct credit?
A. Yes, if you select Bank Payment, we will email you the invoice with our ASB Banking details printed on the Invoice.

Q. Do you deliver to P O Boxes?
A. Unfortunately no, due to the couriers we use, they do not deliver to P O Boxes. You are welcome to contact to make a special arrangement.
Q. Do you provide tax invoices?
A. Yes, a GST tax invoice is supplied with the products when shipped and when paid will be shown on this invoice. If you need a copy simply contact us.
Q. Do you ship orders overseas?
A. No, Sorry we only deliver within New Zealand.
Q. Do you take payment by cheque?
A. Yes, however we only clear our PO Box once a week, So payment via cheque can be slower.
Q. What are your hours of work?
A. Generally 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday. But off Course you can order online 24/7
Q. What is the difference between Genuine and Compatible?
A. Genuine Inks or Toners are made by the Manufacturer of the Printer, Compatible Inks or Toners are made by a third party company, also known as after-market.
