Payment terms
You can pay us by using your credit card {PAYPAL} or by direct credit payment method
Conditions for Credit Card payments
At the moment we are accepting Visa, MasterCard.
Card payments are handled by Paypal who has the highest security standards.
The maximum limit when placing an order online is NZ$1500.
Payment is reserved on your account when you confirm your order and the amount is collected when we dispatch your order.
Conditions for Direct Credit payments
Direct Credit is where you deposit the funds into our bank account, using phone or bank transfering, internet banking, phone banking, or by manually depositing the funds into our account.

Working Time
Customers can place orders for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our working time is from 9:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday.
Our delivery time is from Monday to Friday. Normally, an order will be sent out in the next business day.
Products will be normally delivered to you within 4 days, based on your location.
Deliveries
We delivery the products to you at your doorstep by Courier.
Back orders
If an item is temporarily out of stock we will retain all items on back order until we can dispatch the entire order.
Warranty
Tonerdirect guarantees that our products are working as intended and do not damage your printer. If the product is not working as intended we will replace it free of charge within 12 months from date of purchase. Your warranty on the printer will not be affected whether you are using a compatible or an original cartridge.
Returns Policy - A valid Return Number "RA" is required for all returns to Tonerdirect. Returns can only be accepted within a 14 day period. We cannot accept any return that does not have a valid Return number clearly printed on the outside of the package. Under no circumstances do we accept items posted back to our PO Box. You can request a Return number by sending an e-mail to info@tonerdirect.co.nz. Quote your invoice number and/or your customer name and describe the reason for return in detail. Customer Support will e-mail you a Return number and instructions on how to proceed.
Please remember you must take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession, goods returned damaged or used will not be accepted. Return carriage is to be payed by you, and the goods must be in original packaging. Items that have been opened may not be able to be returned / Tonerdirect reserve the right to charge a 15%-20% re-stocking fee may. You return the goods on your own risk.
Complaints
If you wish to return faulty goods please e-mail info@tonerdirect.co.nz, include full details of the problem and your invoice number. You will receive further instructions by e-mail. You must make your complaint as soon as possible from the delivery of the goods.
By ordering from Toner Direct you give permission for us to add you to our Mailing list to receive our Special offers, we have a safe unsubscribe policy. From time to time will email directly about a particular offer, should you not wish to receive these offer's please contact us via email on info@tonerdirect.co.nz
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
False orders
All attempts to place false orders or attempts to deceive will be reported to the local police authority.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand. Thus, contracts between you and Tonerdirect shall be governed by New Zealand Law.
Age limit
You must be 18 years or older to order from Tonerdirect.
